Independently surveyed, Jones’ Auto Body is happy to have scored 98.1 per cent on the Customer Satisfaction Index.
Jeff and his team have also been awarded CSN Network’s Customer Service Excellence Award, The CSN Experience Award (2005, 2009, 2010, 2011) and in 2014 won the CSN Experience Award and was nominated Shop of the Year at the annual CSN Conference .
Recently, Jones’ Auto Body was named "Best of London 2012 (Winner), 2013 (Runner Up) and 2014 (Winner)" by the London community and winner of the 2013, 2014 and 2015 Consumer Choice Awards. Our heartfelt thanks goes out to everyone who voted for us.
